Bought this camper from a dealer in syracuse last spring and used it as a place to stay while I was in between buying and selling houses. It's been kept inside a heated shop since I've owned. The dealer put on new slide seals, new tires and new batteries. There's no leaks or soft spots. Everything works as it should
