VA rated Combat Veteran seeking a new(er) home situation. My credit is terrible and I have had some trouble in the last decade. I am a Father and Husband in a family of 5 and my current home is just not working anymore. It's a two story with basement, 3 bedrooms (my oldest and youngest share the biggest room, my middle child is essentially in an office) and 1 bathroom. It sits on an old stone foundation and is tilting. The floors dip in some places. The stairs bow like they are about to break. There is always a draft from somewhere. Hoping that someone can help me out. Willing to pay $1800 for a rent to own, but here is what I need:
* - Within Jefferson County, because of the legal trouble, which I will fully explain in person if need be.
* - No credit or background check, as I said.. Legal history and bad credit.
* - A 2 story home is preferred, single level will do though.
* - 3 Decent sized bedroom with a finished and sealed basement, 4 without.
* - 2 1/2 or 3 bathrooms. 1 Master, 1 shared and 1 guest.
* - Garage, 2 car unattached or 1 car with a driveway.
* - Most or ALL utilities provided, ie sewer/water/electric/heat/trash
