I have 2 cows that I am looking to move and I would prefer to sell straight off the farm before taking the auction route if anyone is looking for beef they should dress in the 900 ranges they are older cows so the cuts they would be good for
-hamburger
-hot dogs
-strew meat
-sandwich steaks
-croghan
-slim Jim’s
And most any other ground beef products i cant guarantee the quality/tenderness of steaks cuts though they should have great marbeling as they are over conditioned if thats what you were to choose With the correct meat preparation they could be amazing some people perfer older as they say the meat has more flavor all personal preference
Hauling to the shop can be arranged with sale
$1.50 a pound hanging weight you pay processing fees willing to sell 1/4 1/2 whole as long as the whole cow has a place to go
