This 1300mm wingspan airplane flies great; however, it needs a better pilot and a larger flying space than what I have.,
It has only flown twice, first nice flight until I misjudged distance and flew it into the tree branches, second to verify that everything was fine after the minor repairs.
I have decided to stay with smaller less powerful aircraft that match my skill level.
Because of my flying skills it has had a run in with some tree branches. Minor damage to leading edges of the wings and vertical stabilizer. The propeller was also damaged and has been replaced with a "Master Airscrew 11x7 prop". Original equipment size and pitch.
I'm also including brand new, 1 extra 11x7 and 2 extra 12x6 Master Airscrew propellers. A$20 value. Some PA-18 flyers say the 12x6 props give better performance. (Not tested by me).
Minor damage to battery cover release is repaired. Everything is tested and flies fine. See photos.
