This custom built cottage, Cottage #11, features large windows, bringing in a nice amount of natural light. Magnificent water views can be enjoyed from the kitchen and living area as well as the 30 foot deck spanning the front of the cottage. A picnic table, outdoor gas grill, and Adirondack style chairs add comfort and convenience to your deck. The cottage has three bedrooms all with queen size beds and features TV with cable service, wireless internet access, custom kitchen cabinets, air conditioning, heat and sofa with a queen sleeper on the other.
It is fully furnished and equipped for your stay, including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, toaster and coffee maker. Pillows, blankets and linens are provided.
The monthly rate is $1225 including all utilities, cable and wireless internet. $900 security/damage/cancellation deposit required to reserve. Refundable as applicable at end of stay if there is no damage and early cancellation does not occur. A $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Minimum rental period is 3 months at this great rate. (Shorter stays available, call us for rate)
We do not allow animals in any of our rental units, which allows us to keep them tidy and free of any pet allergens.
