Sea Ray Sundancer - 27’ length with a 10’ Beam

2 six cylinder Mercury Cruise I/O gas engines (165 HP), plenty of power, planes nicely, good gas economy with low hours. We are second owner. Gently used for family recreation. Vessel treated well and nicely maintained.

Motorized Windlass anchor and electronic spot light. Both controlled from cockpit. Green tarps ($5000) with zippered windows and screens installed recently. It also comes with a cockpit tarp. All tarps in good condition. Boat polished every spring. Bottom repainted and side reflector stripes replaced last year. This boat is also equipped with a marine radio and Lorrance Marine GPS system.

Cabin area: This Searay has much teak wood, both interior and exterior, which adds a very rich look to an already appealing vessel. The teak wood has been preserved nicely with yearly cleaning and conditioning using teak oil. The main cabin space has a built-in couch adjacent to a table. The table is removable. The couch also pulls out to make into a bed. The Kitchen area includes a sink, microwave, hot and cold water, counter with storage underneath. There is a separate enclosed bathroom area with toilet, sink and shower. The toilet was recently replaced. The bathroom door has a full length mirror framed in teak. The Bow is cushioned and served as the Master Bed (complete storage underneath in fore hull and is completely dry and sound). It sleeps 2 comfortably. The Boat also has a mid aft (mid-rear) second bedroom which also sleeps two very comfortably (see photo below). Storage above and below bed in aft cabin. Plenty of storage space throughout boat. The vessel has ceiling and wall lights in all rooms.

The back of the boat has ample room for sitting, eating, entertaining and fishing! There is easy entry to the back of the boat and thus easily accessible to the dock. The rear boat door locks making it secure for travel and small children. The back canvas panels have screens to regulate the temperature, airflow and insects! The table may be set up in back of boat. There is also an extension for the table that lays over smaller table to enlarge. There are two fold down seats (on back of driver's seat) with ice bin in between. There is also a fold down bench with removeable legs along back width of boat.

Boat is maintained very well and professionally winterized at the end of each season prior to being placed in storage in Fair Haven, NY. This vessel is great for your family to use as a summer camp, vacation travel, recreation, water skiing, tubing, relaxation, escape and of course fishing. This is a sound boat that does well in the water - has made excursions from/through Oneida lake, Ontario lake and canal systems.

I have scrapped all the paint off the Boat in preperation to Weld the seem. Re prime and paint the boat.
Trailer is a homemade trailer but works great. Brand new Submersable light kit on it
Engine is a 25hp Evenrude engine Haven't tried starting it this year.
2 x 5 Gal. Gas cans for the motor
Also i have 12 x 6 ft of brand new Water proof out door carpet that go's with it.

Rough Quasi restore-able condition. Frankly it is in poor condition. But it is a Skaneateles Lightning. I had it reviewed by a person well versed in this kind of restoration. He said it is bad make no mistake. I certainly do not want to create false impressions and waste peoples time nor mine. But he says he's seen boats in worse condition restored and that it is a good parts boat. It has a lot of good hardware on it such as the Skaneateles Lightning Logo nose piece and a lot of brass.

So like I said, it is in poor condition. But it is a classic and perhaps a project that is manageable in scale.

Buyer must remove it from premise. It is on trailer, but not sure of the stability of the trailer. A flatbed truck would be better.
